Data Collection, Use, and Disclosure:

The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We process your data exclusively based on the legal regulations (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within our website.

Contacting Us:

If you contact us via the inquiry form on the website or by email, your provided data will be stored for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this data without your consent.

Data Storage:

We point out that for the purpose of simplifying the booking process and for the subsequent contract processing, your name, address, email address, and phone number are stored.

Furthermore, for the purpose of contract processing, the following data will also be stored with us: name, address, email address, and phone number. The data provided by you is required for contract fulfillment or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you.

In the case of a contract conclusion, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the end of the tax retention period (7 years). Data processing is carried out based on the legal regulations of § 96 para 3 TKG and Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for contract fulfillment) of the GDPR.

Cookies:

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device with the help of your browser. They do not cause any damage.

We use cookies to make our website user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit.

If you do not want this, you can set your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies and only allow this in individual cases.

Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of our website.

Web Analysis:

Our website uses features of web analysis services. Cookies are used to enable an analysis of the usage of the website by its users. The information generated in this way is transmitted to the provider's server and stored there.

You can prevent this by setting your browser to not store cookies.

We have entered into a data processing agreement with the provider.

Your IP address is recorded but immediately pseudonymized, making only a rough localization possible.

Data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 Abs 3 TKG and Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.

Our concern in the sense of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our web presence. As the privacy of our users is important to us, user data is pseudonymized.

User data is stored for a period of 13 months.
